Cancer support in northern illinois? - colon cancer support
My mother took a few months to live after the cancer diagnosis. Who was 5 years. before. She faces a new round of chemotherapy, and Thomas has suffered over the past 5 years. remained significantly spirti and humor. I want to find a support group, so you can talk with others who know how you feel actuallly. I looked online, but most groups are 'groups online.
She does not know how the team. She lives in northern Illinois (near Waukegan), but it is also close to the border with Wisconsin.
I would be willing to bear. If any of these groups, each person who lives with cancer, in Waukegan, Northbrook, Highland Park and the areas or the southern part of Wisconsin that would meet with 1x or 2x a month with other people with cancer? I would be willing to coordinate something if anyone is interested. Or does anybody know of this group, we would appreciate if you can have all the information.

I am recommending Cancer Center at Loyola in Maywood. You will have monthly meetings that are coordinated by a social charm. You have to support a wide range of topics, ranging from simple, to the sympathy of the list of speakers for patients and their families. I was with them, and I highly recommend.

I have cancer and I'm in Canada and there are many groups, but it seems to have found a hole in your system where you live. Contact ACS and ask for help to create a group in your area. And good luck to you and your mother, I hope not to have my children through this reinstalled. Your mother is so brave, I do not think I doubled chemotherapy. I am in my second treatment and I feel terrible, but I was diagnosed for two years or more. While his group amazes me how many people I see in our Cancer Center, when I go and nurse always tells me that not even occupied. To get a lot of people in the group. must be a center for breast cancer at your local hospital, which met for patients in treatment and living with cancer survivors. Ask your oncologist's office, I am sure that I give some answers.
